Farringdon area

Pay Rate:
£ £16.76

Shift Pattern:
Nights

Currently hiring kind, compassionate carers, with professional experience for supporting individuals with complex needs within the comfort of their own homes.

Our client, situated in Farringdon, requires on going support during nights.

As the client hasepilepsy and requires assistance with seizures, having the necessary relevant experience is essential in order to be put forward for this position.

If successful, on-going complex care training and support will be provided.

It is now a requirement to provide an overseas police check dated within the last 3 months of being in the UK if you have lived outside of the UK for longer than a year in the last 5 years.

This role will require:

Administering medication
Assisting with domestic duties and personal care
Maintaining and updating reports such as care plans
Working in a team of at least 2 carers, one privately hired
Working night shifts

Required experience:

Previous professional experience as a care assistant (essential)
Previous experience supporting clients with epilepsy & seizures (essential)
Previous experience with alternative complex care requirements (preferred)
Excellent communication skills
Driver's license and access to own vehicle (preferred due to location)
Good professional and personal references
