Our clients, a very well established international organisation with a small but prestigious office in central London.

are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant who will also be happy to do some general administration and occasional reception cover.


They are looking for a well educated, numerate and methodical person who has an analytical mind and a real eye for detail.

Although you do not need previous accounts experience, you must have some solid office experience including reasonable MS Office andExcel skills.

Working with a friendly, dedicated team in lovely Central London offices, this company offers some unique benefits and you would be supported to take on further qualifications should you want to.


The duties will include:
- processing invoices
- working on spreadsheets
- working with payment received, statement of accounts
- dealing with supplier queries
- working on the creditors ledger
- general administration support to other colleagues
- reception cover, if required
