Salary £40,000 per annum
Are you a conceptual thinker who is able to take B2B campaigns from boring to unforgettable?
Do you have the versatility to adapt your concepts to omni-channel campaigns, including digital ABM campaigns, video, animation, microsite UI and print promos?

Our client is a growing, dynamic agency based in a office near Hook close to Basingstoke, made up of designers and marketers collaborating to help our clients succeed.

You will work as part of our clients creative team, producing campaigns for our diverse range of global clients, in the B2B market.

Working under the supervision of the Creative Director you will be responsible for conceptual design solutions to meet marketing strategies from concept to completion.

You need to be motivated, a quick self-learner, but also be able to take instruction and be comfortable working well with others.

Specific responsibilities:
Design

Excellent conceptual design skills
Be able to design across multiple platforms, producing unique, creative design solutions
Be ambitious, very much a selfstarter, happy to work as a team but also solo
Find innovative and creative solutions to meet project requirements

Project management:

Recommend better and creative ways of completing projects
Prioritise and be proactive within own workload
During brainstorms and client meetings, take an active part and have the ability to contribute ideas, make recommendations and give feedback

Technology:
Naturally, you will have a great working knowledge of the Adobe design suite, more notably Photoshop, Illustrator & Indesign. After Effects, Premiere Pro and Adobe XD would be beneficial.
