Summary of Position

We are looking for some great Maintenance Engineers to join our team

Our Maintenance Engineers love to fix things You will be a master multitasker, a fixer and a doer with the tools to keep our restaurants looking great
You will need to be a jack of all trades, whether it's a leaky sink, loose tiles or a lick of paint. No job is too big or too small
You will be provided with a Van and Tools

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate maintenance across our restaurants
Prioritise tasks that are critical to business needs and plan time effectively
Conduct everyday maintenance works across the estate
Attends weekly meetings with our business leaders to help prioritise tasks
Supports restaurants and teams to comply with food safety and health and safety practices
Multitask between different jobs at different locations

Previous Experience

Desired experience of Maintenance Repairs across multiple sites and ideally within a retail environment.
Experience overseeing health & safety matters across multiple locations, with good understanding of all relevant H&S laws, standards and practices.
Strong budgeting and performance evaluation skills
Qualifications
Plumbing and Electrical Qualifications Desirable

Requirements

Skills and Abilities
A robust proactive approach with the ability to meet timescales and deadlines.
Has a good understanding of restaurantoriented FM.
Strong knowledge of Plumbing and Electrical faults
Ability to communicate effectively to colleagues, management & the wider business
Ability to deliver in a fastpaced environment
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Passion for delivering exceptional service to key stake holders and the branches.
Solutions based problem solver, uses initiative to remove road blocks to deliver objectives
Excellent time management, planning and prioritising, finishes projects on time and on budget.
Driving License required
Flexibility to work Weekends required
