Cirencester/Hybrid (2-3 days p/wk within the office)

What you'll be doing:


  • Handle all Partners/Field Management Team calls in relation to all aspects of Partner Remuneration, Partner Benefits, Client Management and related queries.
  • Initiate contact/investigation with admin centres and 3rd parties for queries that require further investigation and liaise and update Partners/FMT.
  • Actively get involved in projects to support the development of the Partner Finance department and follow these from beginning to end.
  • Senior Service Advisers are considered experts in all aspects of Partner Remuneration and should continuously develop, retain, and maintain their knowledge.
  • Putting Partners first always and delivering a professional, friendly, and consistent service across the Partnership and FMT.

Who we're looking for:


  • We're looking for someone with experience from within a customer service role (any environment considered).
  • Excellent communication skills, able to deal with people at all levels and across all mediums.
  • IT literate, comfortable using systems including MS Office suite.
  • Confident and proactive approach to tasks and communications.
  • Numerate and accurate with an excellent eye for detail.
  • Resilient with an ability to adapt easily to change.
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Tenacious & Pragmatic.
  • Takes ownership and responsibility for all tasks and instructions.
  • Accountability for all work undertaken and commitments.
