Ward Hostess

Main duties include ensuring that patients are provided with the correct nutrition and hydration. Following food safety regulations.

Maintaining a clean ward kitchen

To observe correct use and care of equipment, reporting faults and defects as necessary.

Ensure adequate provisions are supplied to ward kitchen area and maintain appropriate records relating to stock control.
