About the role


We at Tribal, one of the EdTech global leaders in the specialist field of Student Management Systems, are seeking to recruit a new senior level opportunity for a Head of Customer Success, spearheading a team of professionals who will aim to provide a first-class service to our Higher Education customer base.


As Head of Customer Success you will be tasked with implementing a strategy for managing customer projects, plans and also challenges particularly relating to
SITS - Tribal's student information management system.

The Head of Customer Success will also be tasked with making sure the team maintain a high standard of service to all our HE customers both in UK & Internationally, utilising senior level experience & knowledge within HE &
SITS.


A further key requirement of the role will be managing and reporting on data related to the service, with a requirement to present to senior management & C-Suite levels of audience on occasion.


The person
Practitioner level knowledge & experience using the system SITS -
essential
Practical experience from a company/organisational background within HE, particularly Student Management

Widespread knowledge of the overarching aims, objectives and needs of HE organisations including understanding of governance processes

Strong leadership skills, both managing a team and implementing successful strategies.

Extensive stakeholder management experience, whether it's managing internal or external customer relationships

Excellent organisation and planning skills including delegation of task.
