Lead Marketing Designer

€60,000 - €100,000

Head Quartered in Copenhagen

3search are partnered exclusively with a Tech scale-up in Copenhagen who are looking for a Lead Marketing Designer to join their rocket ship This role can be based in an office in Copenhagen or Remotely from anywhere in the UK or Europe.

What you will be doing:

Guiding creative teams in the creation of creative assets for digital, print, social, and video projects
Experience working closely with creative directors and art directors to develop a brand's visual design identity
Helping to guide brand and marketing designers through mentorship and feedback
Innovating new approaches to graphic design problems and creating frameworks or optimizations for common speedbumps

Requirements:

5+ years working at a tech startup (B2B SaaS experience is an extra plus)
Ability to show a portfolio of useful and beautiful marketing design work
Natural passion for discovering and playing with modern web tools
Basic video editing skills are a plus (they do have amazing motion graphics designers on board already)
