Are you committed to driving sustainability and social value? We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Management Sustainability Lead to join our team, collaborating with Commercial and Operations to create innovative sustainability solutions for our bids.

As the Sustainability Lead, you will review contractual specifications and SLAs to ensure alignment with sustainability goals. You'll plan and execute sustainability activities, manage resources and engage operational colleagues in data gathering. Your role includes delivering documentation for due diligence and mobilising the sustainability workstream during transitions.

Transparent reporting to stakeholders and maintaining customer engagement will be essential. Your analytical skills will contribute to creating Standard Operating Procedures for improved site operations.

To succeed, you need experience in sustainability or environmental management within facilities management. Strong project management and communication skills are vital in achieving our shared sustainability objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Review contractual specifications and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure alignment with sustainability goals.

Plan and execute sustainability activities, incorporating innovative solutions into bid proposals.
***:

Manage resources and collaborate with operational colleagues to gather and validate data for due diligence processes.

Deliver documentation and evidence to support the due diligence process and engage with Finance on any financial implications.

Mobilise and lead the sustainability workstream during transitions, adhering to ISS Transition governance.

Maintain transparent reporting to stakeholders, ensuring key sustainability activities are communicated effectively.

Foster customer engagement by actively communicating, addressing planning, data requests, and follow-ups related to sustainability initiatives.
