Description

We're recruiting Customer Service Advisors for our client, one of the country's leading distribution and logistics organisations based in Milton Keynes.

This is an Inbound Customer Service role where you'll play a vital part in our client's organisation, supporting customers with queries and helping to resolve problems that arise.

As such we're looking for individuals who are passionate about providing greatcustomer service.


Responsibilities:


  • Recording and updating information & investigating queries efficiently
  • Supporting internal partners to ensure a positive outcome
Person Specification
Whilst full training and support are provided, you will need to:

  • Be a people person and enjoy talking to people on the phone
  • Have good communication and listening skills
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Have a good standard of spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Have a passion for helping people and the desire for a positive outcome

Working Hours:
Static shift 9.00am - 6.00pm or 10am - 7pm. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity to start in January 2023.
