Description
Adecco Recruitment are currently recruiting for on behalf of our client, a HR Advisor with CIPD level 5 qualification (or working towards) and Employee Relations experience to join the HR team of a successful and growing business based in Lancaster.
Starting Salary:
£ 35,950 plus excellent benefits package
Contracted Hours: 36.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (part time/flexible working options considered)
Whilst the role is advertised at full time (36.5 hours), we are happy to consider flexible working patterns and part time hours if preferred, minimum of 29 hours per week.
In this role you will:
- Be happy to work closely with the HR Manager to provide professional and balanced advice across the range of HR policies and procedures, recruitment, terms and conditions and employee relations matters. You will be able to evidence that you have provided HR advice and support before and are confident enough to work effectively with managers at all levels, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
- You will be excellent at working collaboratively with others, with the ability to lead the HR Assistant to deliver an efficient and effective HR service, overseeing all recruitment and contract administration
- In everything you do, you will identify opportunities to develop and promote the employer brand. Including when helping to develop policies and procedures, and working on important diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing projects.
- You will be passionate about learning and development, coordinating all L&D activities and providing input to the L&D strategy.
- You will be driven to succeed in your role and evidence your input, as well as developing your skills and knowledge and actively contributing to continuous improvement of the department.
