Cheltenham (Hybrid working)

£23k - £25 DOE

  • Previous experience working within a busy commercial environment.
  • Basic understanding and willingness to learn HR practices and employment law
  • Must have high attention to detail and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to work collaboratively with the wider team
  • The ability to juggle a work

Responsibilities:


  • Providing HR and Finance support to both teams, ensuring effective finance and HR services are delivered to clients and suppliers
  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Ensuring sales invoices are sent to clients in a timely manner
  • Creating weekly and monthly payment runs
  • Daily banking and resolving any discrepancies
  • Processing employee expenses
  • Assisting with annual audits
  • Administering HR documents
  • Supporting payroll administration
  • Coordinating employee inductions
  • Supporting the recruitment process for new starters
  • Booking in training courses for staff
