Cheltenham (Hybrid working)
£23k - £25 DOE
- Previous experience working within a busy commercial environment.
- Basic understanding and willingness to learn HR practices and employment law
- Must have high attention to detail and administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work collaboratively with the wider team
- The ability to juggle a work
Responsibilities:
- Providing HR and Finance support to both teams, ensuring effective finance and HR services are delivered to clients and suppliers
- Processing purchase invoices
- Ensuring sales invoices are sent to clients in a timely manner
- Creating weekly and monthly payment runs
- Daily banking and resolving any discrepancies
- Processing employee expenses
- Assisting with annual audits
- Administering HR documents
- Supporting payroll administration
- Coordinating employee inductions
- Supporting the recruitment process for new starters
- Booking in training courses for staff
