Barod are looking to recruit a Prevention and Recovery Worker to join the CTDAS Service.
The post holder will help support entry into the CTDAS provision and help raise awareness of the effects of substance use, local trends and health harms across both adults, children and young people in Cwm Taf.
The post holder will also proactively raise awareness with those at risk of harmful and hazardous substance use, including the consequences of misuse.
The post holder will co-ordinate all recovery activities within Cwm Taf, to support service users within their recovery journey by building capital to move into long term sustained recovery and social (re)integration.
The post holder will also be responsible for ensuring Service Users have access to a space that is well managed, well equipped and well directed to enhance recovery journeys.
The recovery focused project will promote positive health and wellbeing to support and strengthen community integration and re-integration.CLOSING DATE: 4/6/23
