Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our client's busy building Contractor company near Norwich. They specialise in restorations to residential and public buildings within a sympathetic conservation approach. They have an impressivebackground within Architectural and interior design and an excellent portfolio of clients.

Working hours:

As a Project Manager. you'll be required to work Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm but my client is flexible with these hours.

The successful Project Manager will be offered:

£40,000
£45,000 basic depending on level of experience
Use of company van
Fuel card
Pension
Company wellbeing sessions
Company uniform

To be considered for the Project Manager role you must have:

Previous experience within the construction industry
Experience of delivering projects
Excellent customer service experience
Experience in Listed Buildings would be beneficial
Leadership and business management skills
Full UK driving licence

As a Project Manager your role will involve:

Agreeing timescales, costs and resources needed to deliver a project
Drawing up a detailed plan for how to achieve each stage of a project
Negotiating with contractors and suppliers
Liaising with the client directly
Overseeing several projects at the same time
Ensuring that each stage of the project happens on time, on budget and to a high standard
Visiting site and liaising with Site Managers
