Etex have a fantastic new position available for a Receptionist Administrator to join the Sigmat team

What you'll do


The Receptionist Administrator will be responsible for being the first point of contact for visitors, customers and vendors; always maintaining a positive and friendly company image.


Key Responsibilities Include but are not Limited to:

  • Manage reception area and look after visitors
  • Arrange meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments
  • Manage live chat, enquiries inbox and forward messages as necessary
  • Assist in planning and arranging events, including organising catering
  • Answer phone calls and transfer them as necessary
  • Draft, format, and print relevant documents
  • Maintain stock lists and order office supplies as needed
  • Assist with booking accommodation and any other travel arrangements
  • Manage outgoing post and records data on special deliveries
  • Photocopy/scan and file appropriate documents as needed
  • Attend workshops and conferences when requested
  • Assist Health and Safety Department with administrative duties
  • Assist with other general administrative duties
  • Any other task commensurate with this post

What you'll bring

  • You will be ambitious, with a desire to learn
  • You will be able to show initiative
  • You will have the ability to plan and prioritise, managing your own diary
  • You will have strong communication and customer service skills
  • You will have strong administrative, and IT skills (Microsoft packages, computer systems)
  • You will have a cando attitude

_It would be an advantage, but is not essential, if you also have:_

  • Prior experience as a Receptionist
