Description

As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with assistance, answering their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.

You will handle a high volume of incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that each customer receives the highest level of service.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide information about products and services, up selling when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records by entering information into the company database.
  • Analyse customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and strive to provide satisfactory resolutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team performance goals.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
  • Ability to analyse customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Salary:
From £23,384.73 per year
