Role Overview:


  • Manage health, safety, environmental, and quality functions for the utility team.

Strategic Leadership:


  • Lead SHEQ strategy and vision, ensuring compliance in all areas.

Behavioral Safety and Net Zero:


  • Develop ABC behavioral safety program and drive Net Zero strategy.

Continuous Improvement:


  • Implement initiatives, campaigns, and processes for continual improvement.

Resource Management:


  • Ensure SHEQ Team has sufficient resources to support Operations.

Stakeholder Engagement:


  • Positively influence directors, managers, and supervisors for health, safety, and environmental responsibilities.

Metrics and Compliance:


  • Develop metrics, improvement plans, and ensure compliance with ISO standards.

Certification Management:


  • Manage ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 45001 certification processes.

£70,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
