Description
Our client is an extremely established privately owned organisation who also have 13 satellite offices throughout the UK.
Due to their continuing growth, they are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to support users whilst providing effective Desktop assistance as well as Microsoft Office 365.
The position provides exposure to a broad range of IT-related projects and activitiesat a time of growth for the IT Department and the wider firm.
The Role
- Provide 2nd Line desktop support for users across the firm
- Deal with any hardware issues, fixing peripherals
- Set up and maintain user accounts
- Support a range of Windows PC's and Laptops
- Assist with connectivity to Citrix

- Word & Excel
- Microsoft 36
- Microsoft Teams
- Zoom
