Description

Reed HR are recruiting for a HR Officer to join our client in Sevenoaks on an ongoing temporary basis - minimum 12 months.

Ideally, you will be CIPD Level 3 qualified or studying towards this.


Duties include -

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Provide advice on policies and procedures
  • Be actively involved in recruitment preparing job descriptions, posting job adverts and managing the hiring process
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Develop training and development programs
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
  • Support with ER issues e.g. minute taking
