HR Officer - Sevenoaks, United Kingdom - Reed Human Resources
Description
Reed HR are recruiting for a HR Officer to join our client in Sevenoaks on an ongoing temporary basis - minimum 12 months.
Ideally, you will be CIPD Level 3 qualified or studying towards this.
Duties include -
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Provide advice on policies and procedures
- Be actively involved in recruitment preparing job descriptions, posting job adverts and managing the hiring process
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Develop training and development programs
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Support with ER issues e.g. minute taking
Local to Sevenoaks train station
