Are you a customer-driven individual? Do you go the extra-mile for customers? Looking to take that step into your first office-based role?


Juice are delighted to be working alongside a well-known organisation located in Bristol City Centre, in their search for Senior Customer Advisors on a temporary basis for 12 weeks with the possibility of a permanent opportunity, beginning the 13th February.

This would be an amazing opportunity for anyone who has previously worked within hospitality or retail and looking to take that first-step into an office-based role


As a Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing an all-encompassing professional and customer-focused experience.


Daily responsibilities will include:
Providing a comprehensive face-to-face customer support experience.
Responding effectively to a high volume of customer queries
Contribute to the review of service processes, making recommendations to improve service delivery and performance.
Following procedures, working within service standards and to business targets
Providing detailed and accurate information and analysis of case history and case updates.
Be empathetic and detail-oriented.
Be passionate about providing a high-quality customer service experience.
Have excellent communication skills.
Have the ability to follow procedures and policies.
Previous office-based experience preferred but not necessary (Full training provided)

Further details:
Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
£12.93 per hour
2 weeks intensive onboarding; full training provided
Office-based
3-month contract (with possible temp to perm)
