As Event Space Concierge Lead, you will create, organise, plan, monitor and bring our client's work environment to life by providing world class Curated experience & service.
You will also partner with all works streams and client teams to ensure all ideas and considerations are exhausted to bring the colleague experience to life.
Key Responsibilities_**_
- Lead the development and delivery of a responsive customer experience through customer focused user services and support, directing a range of high quality innovative and accessible services that meet the needs of TSB community together with excellent responsive support both face to face and virtually
- In collaboration with the local teams to create an annual calendar of events relevant and in tandem with the identified core pillars such as wellness, culinary and D&I initiatives to enrich the company culture initiatives
- Develop access to exclusive experiences and cultural events such as shows, art fairs, exhibits & new restaurants
- Work effectively with the Communications & Engagement Lead on projects
- Assist with the administration of activations and events, including booking forms, checking Insurances, RAMS and sending out confirmations as required
- Work up budgets for activations and events
Professional and personal competencies/qualifications_**_
- A proven leader with significant experience managing high profile clientside workplace projects
- Diploma or Degree Level in Hospitality or Events
- Two years related experience in event management
- Great telephone skills and verbal communication
- Must be customer focused, organized, and professional
- Ability to work in a team environment
