The Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen within our team at a Telecoms and IT company for an Accounts Administrator.

Full training will be provided.

Some of the duties you would be required to do are outlined below;

  • Purchasing equipment
  • Updating Union Street Telecoms Billing Software known as Abillity.
  • Processing invoices for payment
  • Updating Xero (accounting software)
  • Organising the monthly customer bill run with our software called Union Street
  • Payment reminders
  • Maintaining supplier and customer records.
  • Office renewals for various services like our office lease
  • Daily bank reconciliation
  • Dealing with ad hoc queries on invoices and sending invoice copies when required
  • General accounting administration tasks
  • Any other task or responsibility, as reasonably required of the role or company

About You

Successful applicants should demonstrate the following:

  • Significant experience working within an office environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritise workload
  • Effective communicator with the ability to form good relationships
  • Reasonably IT savvy and proficient in MS Office packages
  • Experience with Xero would be an advantage

Job Types:

Part-time hours: 25 per week


Salary:
£16,000.00-£18,000.00 per year
