Technical Specialist
Monday to Friday - 40 hours plus a call out rota.
Location:
Ryemeads
Salary will be dependent on experience.

Individuals working as technical specialists are responsible for analysing and providing solutions to technical drainage issues, providing technical support to other departments and operatives, as well as supervising work process and ensuring health and safety
The role:
- Enabling works on the planned maintenance cleaning program, prioritising the legacy work.
- Advising Operatives on all aspects of day to day duties, supporting with any training needs
- Overseeing jobs onsite to ensure completion, liaising with customers and clients whilst onsite.
- Liaising with Thames Water and feeding back any queries and issues within the Thames Water network. This will include attending regular meetings with the client.
- Liaising with Planners and ensuring all jobs are completed within the monthly targets set.
- Taking ownership of your own region and escalating remedial works to Thames Water. Responsible for chasing footage and liaising with OTS to ensure they can raise the correct follow on works.
- Auditing and Compliance checks.
- Checking competency of new starters
