A FTSE250 UK Wealth Management firm is seeking a Financial Services Administrator to join their friendly team. This company approaches their work in an honest, forward-thinking manner to provide an expert service, bespoke to individual needs.

As a Financial Services Administrator you will be part of the Client Onboarding & Data Maintenance team undertaking the following duties, but not limited to:

  • Processing new and existing business
  • Maintain and update client data
  • Liaise with 3rd parties and other teams and departments
  • Documentation management
  • General administrative duties

To succeed you will need:


  • Previous financial services experience in Wealth Management
  • Experience in working with investments products, wrappers and 'platforms'
  • Flexible to work overtime during peak workload periods
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Selfmotivated to learn and grow
  • Ability to multitask, work quickly and accurately
