Tonic are recruiting an Executive Chef based at one of our client's B&I contract catering operations in London.

You will be responsible for all BOH operations, creating exciting, on-trend menu choices for breakfast, lunch and light bites throughout the day.

You must have a true passion for sourcing local ingredients, creating menus, and sustainability and be able to deliver fine dining hospitality to the highest level.

Essential qualities for Head Chef applicants to be considered:

A minimum of 3 years of experience as Head or Executive Chef within high-end B&I
Experience within fine dining restaurants at a minimum 3 rosette is desirable
An expert knowledge/passion for ingredients, food trends, flavours, and food design
A real team leader, who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
