We are looking to speak with qualified social workers who would like to work in the private sector, part of an Independent Fostering Agency with Outstanding Ofsted.

The role offers a lot of flexibility and small caseload that will definitely improve yourwork life balance.

About the role:
Supervising a caseload up to 10 carers in Southend-On-Sea, Essex area, working remotely. The office is also located in Essex where you will have to attend team meetings twice per month. The salary is up to £40,000 and can be negotiated according to the applicantsexperience. You will be part of a strong training programme and supportive induction. Your managers will support you every step of the way with constant supervision and mental well-being talks.

The organisation has been rated Oustanding Ofsted every inspection since opening.

They are dedicated to provide the highest standard of care to the children and will continue to do so with your support.

You will be able to manage your own diary and havefull autonomy on how you organise your responsibilities.

Requirements:

- experience in statutory social work in children services, fostering preferred
