We are looking for a Receptionist / Administrator to join our team at the company's Head Office site.
Duties and Key Responsibilities
- Professionally meet and greet clients, learners and visitors to the Head Office site.
- Maintaining front door security and reporting any suspicious activity
- Receive deliveries, process outgoing mail, sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Scheduling and setting up of meeting and classroom facilities.
- Schedule appointments and meeting times.
- Maintaining front door security and reporting any suspicious activity
- Undertaking filing, updating databases and general administrative duties as required.

- Displays integrity and maintains confidentiality when dealing with colleagues, staff and stakeholders
- Actively builds and develops relationships with colleagues, staff and stakeholders
- Takes personal responsibility for setting and meeting deadlines, following processes and procedures as well as managing / working as part of a team
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- English and Maths GCSE grade A-C or equivalent
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with multitasking and prioritizing tasks with minimum guidance.
- Reception / Administration experience preferred but not essential
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£21,840.00-£23,504.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

- Essex, CM10 5DY: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
