There is a fantastic opportunity for an IT Support Technician to join an award-winning family business with 25 sites throughout the UK.

The role is offering a generous salary of £27,000 and a fantastic benefits package.

This is an onsite role.


As the IT Support Technician, you will be the primary IT support agent at one of the largest sites in Lockerbie.

Day-to-day tasks will be troubleshooting hardware and software, working closely with third party customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities of the role will be:

  • Effectively resolving any IT problems
  • Working closely and communicating well with the rest of the IT team
  • Windows 10 and Office 365 support
  • CCTV systems support
  • Managing iPhone and Android use

Favorable skills to have:

  • Experience with Switches, PLCs and Access Points
  • Networking understanding
  • Knowledge of repairing physical IT hardware
