Do you have experience engaging with communities? Would you like to bring your skills to our supportive, innovative, high achieving public health dietetic team at Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board?


The opportunity has arisen to employ 3 Dietetic Assistant Practitioners to work with communities to deliver a range of community based initiatives; utilising a range of agreed approaches to support positive changes to food, nutrition, and physical activity behaviours.

They will support the local delivery and evaluation of Nutrition Skills for LifeTMservices.

THIS POST IS FIXED TERM/SECONDMENT FOR 12 MONTHS DUE TO FUNDING


If you are an internal applicant this post will only be offered on a secondment basis and you will need to have gained your line managers approval for the secondment prior to going to interview.


All post holders will work relatively independently, working to an agreed framework with a degree of autonomy and will be responsible and accountable for these tasks.

This will involve having their own caseload and working co productively with a range of partners and organisations in a complex community environment.


Post holders will be based in the uniquely built Keir Hardie University Health Park as well out in community and set up to work from home as appropriate.
