Software Implementation and Training Analyst - Scotland - Remote Working


You will be joining a software house working with NHS clients that has an excellent team ethos and supportive working environment.

This role will involve aspects of Project Management, Business Analysis and User Training.

We are looking for someone withexcellent communication skills who believes in team spirit and a positive approach to their work.


What you'll be doing

  • Understanding NHS service's requirements, documenting processes and how these map through to the use of software.
  • Planning and coordinating multiple resources both internally and withing the NHS to meet delivery timeframes for implementation.
  • Support and administration of software.
  • Providing feedback to the product and development teams.

Skills/Requirements:


  • Previous experience of working with the NHS
  • A background in Project Management, Business Analysis or User Training.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Personable and happy to engage with clients at all levels from end user to senior management.
  • Some willingness to travel occasional visits to clients in all parts of Scotland is part of this position.

Working conditions & style
This is a remote position so good time management is a must. The team is based around central Scotland and meets up regularly for team meetings. They make great use of collaboration tools such as video conferencing so you'll never feel isolated.

You willbe working within a small team who are passionate about providing a good service to the product's user base.
