An exciting job opportunity has become available on the neonatal unit at Warrington Hospital. We are seeking a highly motivated senior neonatal nurse to join our compassionate family focused neonatal team.

We are inviting nurses who are qualified in speciality and possess or be working towards a professional or management degree.

You will have substantial experience including experience at band 6.

This is your opportunity to influence the experience of infants and families by contributing to the leadership of a strong dedicated workforce, role modelling positive behaviours, supporting the team to deliver the highest standards of safe and effective care.

This post is key within the nursing structure.

Experience of excellence in all parts of clinical care and shift coordination are required. There is an expectation that all team leaders have a quality role in addition to their clinical responsibilities.
