This Consultancy in the heart of the City is looking for a Team Leader to manage a busy team of project coordinators whose main purpose is to work with the finance and project managers in respect of the life-cycle of the external client consultancy projects.

The Team Leader ensures the swift and accurate administration of project data and client invoices.


Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the department's work in progress process driving the key stages within the process to enable the desired outcomes such as accurate WIP, timely invoicing and accrued income.
  • Lead the team responsible for conducting all work in progress invoicing and admin
  • Help set up projects, deal with revenue administration, etc
  • Lead the team by taking action on evaluating data, processes and scenarios
  • Deal with contract compliance etc

Knowledge and skills:

  • Prior administrative experience in a related field such as Billing, Revenue Control, Invoicing
  • Prior experience of Microsoft D365 F &O
  • Strong IT skills Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio and Sharepoint
  • Accurate eye for details

Hours are:

  • 9 :00 5:30

Hybrid:

  • 2 or 3 days in the beautiful, buzzy offices

Salary:
£40,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
