Dunfermline on on a part-time (16 hours per week) basis.


Shift patterns
Your working hours for our 16 hours post would usually be hours (includes a sleepover),
1 day per week. Week days, weekends and public holidays would form part of your rota on a rotational basis.


The sleepover part of your shift isn't included in your contracted hours, so you will also get an additional
£96 for each sleepover worked.


The Role


As a member of our team you'll be providing 1-2-1 support to a fun loving young man who has an amazing sense of humour in his own home.

Your main aim will be supporting his day to day personal needs, including meal planning, cooking, housework, personal care and medication.

As this young man enjoys an active social life within the local community, we would be looking for you to be enthusiastic about participating and supporting him with his interests including motorsports, plane spotting, the cinema, walking and day trips.


About You


Here at Cornerstone, we'll pay you for your training and will even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) and SSSC registration fees too.

  • Good communication skills
  • A caring attitude and approach
  • A positive approach to learning
  • An understanding of the importance of following routines and guidelines
  • The ability to cook
  • Confidence in the use of computers
**It would be great if you also have: - **- A full, clean driving license as this gentleman has his own mobility car and enjoys going out for drives.

**If you're successful in joining our team, we will need you to register with the SSSC within 3 months of starting your employment with us.
