Description

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to work on a temporary basis for a company based in the Redhill, Surrey area.

The Credit Control - Collections Assistant will assist with Credit Control to maximise cash collections by ensuringpayments to terms, minimise the risk of financial loss, and provide cost effective recovery of aged debt.


Duration:
Temp until April 2023


Location:
Office based - Redhill


Hours: 9-5 Monday to Friday


Pay rate:
£12-14 per hour + hols


Credit Control - Collections duties include:

  • Responsible for a defined portfolio of debt
  • accounts to ensure collection procedures are administered
  • Review and prioritise the ledger debt on a daily basis
  • Collection of Manual Direct Debits when due, and act upon any rejected DD's immediately
  • Identify accounts for escalation and submit proposals to management for further action

Skills and experience required:


  • Proven Credit Control / Collections / Debt recovery experience
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Good listener and customer service skills
