Description

Procure Recruitment Group are recruiting for an Assistant Bar Manager for our prestigious sporting venue client in the heart of Teesside.

This is a unique opportunity to utilise your skills to support the Bar and restaurant manager and develop your skills to progress up the leadership ladder.

The main duties include:

Serving customers with the highest standards of customer service
Replenishing stock / changing barrels etc
Supporting the management of the team and deputising fore the manager in their absence
Organising staff rotas and ensuring all shifts are covered
Delivering a first class experience to all customers and staff

The working hours are flexible and will average between 30 and 40 hours per week with shifts available between 10am and 11pm.
