Salary:
£26,700 - £34,700


Location:
Cambridge, Hybrid (1-2 days per week in the office may be required)


Contract:
Full time, permanent

About the role


As the Process Improvement Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in successfully maintaining our ISO9001 quality management system certification.

To strengthen the effectiveness and efficiency of International Education's quality management system and to protect our ISO9001 certification, you will:

  • Embed and support the cycle of continuous process improvement.
  • Provide direct support to process owners in conducting process reviews to enable a focus on resilience and efficiency.
  • Support effective procedure documentation to ensure procedures remain current, accurate, accessible, and appropriately controlled.
  • Support the development of training, guidance and support materials for process owners and procedure writers.
  • Maintain the 'Quality Hub' knowledge base to ensure key relevant information on Quality, Performance & Risk function is easily accessible to all colleagues.

About you


You will be comfortable working in a collaborative manger by engaging with process owners and have the ability to quickly understand processes.

You will have practical experience in the effective management and continuous improvement of key processes and have the ability to understand and analyse written and numerical information quickly.

  • Knowledge of process management, particularly controls and procedure writing.
  • Knowledge of assessment and educational publishing industry.
  • Have a proactive approach to work, driving activity across areas with competing priorities.
