ApotheCom, an exciting and innovative leader in the field of medical communications, is growing We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join our team.

The Role

This role is an excellent opportunity to develop accounting skills and commercial accounting experience and would be a great entry level position into an established finance team.

You will be responsible for drafting and submitting invoices through in-house and third-party systems for our global pharmaceutical clients. Key responsibilities will include proactively monitoring projects to assess and action timely invoice generation.

You will work collaboratively with internal Finance and Client Services teams to ensure invoicing is executed and approved within timeframes and work with our clients' teams to ensure receipt of invoices, acting as a point of contact for any queries and resolving these prior to payment deadline.

Skills Required:

Degree/qualification in a relevant area of study.
Good MS Office skills with Excel knowledge at an intermediate level.
Excellent attention to detail.
Proactive approach to work with ability to work on own initiative.
Ability to effectively manage workload and conflicting priorities.
Demonstrable experience of building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent team working skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
