Salary £27, 000 - £30, 000 per annum

Full time permanent office-based role

Based East Ewell / Epsom area.

Hours 9.00am - 5.30pm - Monday-Friday (occassional weekends)

My client is seeking a good all-round administartor to work in a small organisation (healthcare setting) supporting the manager.


Responsibilities:


  • Promoting the business objectives and liaising with prospective clients.
  • Handling office tasks, such as mail, filing, setting up for meetings, record keeping, assisting with compliance and reordering supplies.
  • Attending to phone calls, monthly input of data invoicing, other regulatory updates.
  • Using computers to generate formats, minutes from meetings and sending monthly reporting. Moving forward with digitized care planning and systems. Assisting the HO with information requirements; purchase and sales details.
  • Greet and assist visitors if required, particularly as a priority for promotion as when required.
  • Anticipate the needs of the clinical nurses to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Profile

  • Experience of working in healthcare setting i.e. NHS, Nursing home or Doctor's surgery will be a distinct advantage
  • Good all round administration skills
  • MS Office skills and database skills
  • Fast accurate typing.
  • Attention to detail
  • Lots of initiative
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
