Trust Care Management is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity to join our dedicated team as a Night Shift Supervisor at our residential care facility located in the Peterborough area.

Our facility is a brand new 4-bedded residential home nestled in a picturesque countryside village, providing care and support for vulnerable children and young people aged between 8-17 years with complex needs.

We are currently seeking individuals with experience in children's residential settings who are passionate about delivering exceptional care and are dedicated to working in a therapeutic and nurturing night-time setting.

Responsibilities:


  • As a Night Shift Supervisor, you will lead and support a team of care workers during the nighttime hours, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained for the children and young people in our care

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and managing the team's performance.
  • Creating and implementing care plans
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Building positive relationships with the children
  • Safeguarding and supporting the wellbeing of the residents.
  • Organising and facilitating nighttime activities

Qualifications:


  • Valid driver's license
  • Previous experience in children's services or related fields is essential
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role
