My client a well-established estate agent is looking for an enthusiastic go getter sales negotiator to join their team, in return you will be well rewarded with an excellent salary, bonus and great career opportunities to grow with the business.
- Arranging viewings, appointments and gaining feedback.
- Negotiating with potential buyers.
- Obtaining local market information to assist with Market research
- Launching properties to the market.
- Property viewings for sales, meeting and greeting potential clients and vendors.
- Exceptional relationship building with clients including third parties.
- Achieving sales targets. being proactive with referrals
- Providing support to Sales team when required.
- Various administrative tasks.
Experience and skills required:
- Strong communicator; friendly, outgoing with a professional telephone manner.
- Front of house experience with a positive cando attitude.
- Ideally will have 12 year experience in a sales role for an estate agent or a fast paced sales environment
- Presentable, wellspoken and confident.
- Selfmotivated, trustworthy and reliable.
- Able to work flexible hours and Saturday (1 in four)
Essential Skills
- GCSE English/ Maths
- C level minimum
- Excellent standard of written English language and attention to detail.
- Sales Background
- Target and KPI driven
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Clean UK Driving License
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
