Customer Service Team Manager required for the UK's leading facilities management and professional services company.

The business look after a large, diverse, blue-chip customer base, from banks and retailers, to hospitals, schools, and government offices.

The Company put their customers at the heart of everything they do and are keen to hire a team of people who are passionate to deliver 1st class customer service.

You'll enjoy working with a core team and motivating individuals to reach their full potential.
Additionally, youll be a point of escalation for all problems within the team.

It'll suit someone who works well under pressure to meet the challenging deadlines for both operational and people aspects of their roles.

The working pattern is Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am and 5pm.
What will you be doing as a Customer Service Team Manager?

  • Taking inbound calls from Clients
  • Working to strict SLAs
  • Proactively solving issues that have been raised by the customer service team
  • Actively liaising with other departments in finding a resolution
  • Demonstrate being a strong manager with proven ability to lead, motivate, inspire, and support a diverse team.
  • Taking ownership of problems
  • Being always helpful and courteous
  • Plan and manage own workload
  • Processing documentation accurately
  • Confident in dealing with complaints
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Ideally managing a diverse workface in a customer service/helpdesk environment
  • Knowledge of all Microsoft packages, and very computer literate
  • Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbally
  • Good grammatical and numerical skills
  • Must be passionate to provide excellent customer service and support their team
  • Following processes and working towards strict service level agreements
  • The ability to be calm and composed under pressure, with good decisionmaking skills
  • Demonstrates forward thinking/planning, with a positive and cando attitude
  • Able to use own initiative
  • Your previous roles could have included Helpdesk Advisor, Customer Service Team Leader, Customer Contact Centre Manager, Contact Centre Team Leader, Customer Service Agent, Facilities Helpdesk Advisor, Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Executive

  • Salary of up to GBP35,000k, dependent upon experience
