Completely Care Ltd is currently looking for a Senior Residential Support Worker with a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Children's Homes.
Role Overview:
We are in search of a Senior Residential Support Worker to take on a significant role in our client's residential children's home.
In this role that transitions from temporary to permanent, you will set the example, provide guidance, and support a team of committed support workers while delivering exceptional care to the children and young people under our care.

Offer effective leadership and supervision to a team of support workers, ensuring the highest quality of care and support for children and young people.
Be a positive influence, fostering a nurturing and supportive atmosphere where children and young individuals feel secure, appreciated, and empowered.
Create and execute care plans collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, guaranteeing the unique requirements of each resident are fulfilled.
Track and evaluate the progress and welfare of residents, pinpointing areas for enhancement and applying suitable interventions.Keep precise and up-to-date records, including incident reports, care plans, and daily logs.
Requirements:
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Children's Homes or an equivalent certification.
Demonstrated background in a residential care environment, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
Effective leadership and communication abilities, with the skill to motivate and instigate a team.Outstanding interpersonal capabilities, with the knack for building positive connections with children, young individuals, and team members.
