About the role


A fantastic opportunity for a Senior People Partner to work in partnership with business leaders to drive strategic objectives and enhance business performance across the CTO division.


You will look for opportunities to continually transform ways of working & adopt agile practices as well as providing leadership on the people aspects of business plans and organisational issues.


This is a highly strategic role, and requires someone who can challenge the business and facilitate discussions to help drive decisions.

There will also be elements of project work during this time, including reviewing engagement and culture and working with the Centres of excellence to suggest ways to roll out the people plan.

The must haves


In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;- Proven experience of working as a HR Business Partner- Demonstrable evidence of translating business strategy into people strategy within a large complex matrix organisation- Experience of coaching, facilitation and consultancy skills with a demonstrable track record of being able to influence at all levels- Proven knowledge of People policies and procedures, best practice and current thinking regarding effective and commercially sound employment practises.

- Ideally, you will be fully CIPD Qualified (or equivalent qualification)- Demonstrable experience of working on projects

We'd also love you to bring;- Ability to view impact and consequence at a strategic level- High degree of commercial acumen- Highly skilled at maintaining relationships and conflicting priorities at a senior level
