Description

Jenson Fisher are working in partneship with a charitable organisation in the Clydebank area of Glasgow to recruit an experienced Administrator.

This role is office based with hybrid working available.


Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain all key operational spreadsheets, this includes inputting data and maintaining information
  • Manage the rota management system and maintain specific elements of it.
  • Maintain and update the staffing and service lists; inputting and updating the on call managers' and SVQ participant rotas;
  • Supporting colleagues to resolve any issues / problems they encounter; completing planned checks and following through queries until they are resolved; and, exporting and formatting the monthly hours worked and service hours information for the Finance Team.
Applicants should have a strong administration background.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm.
