Description

This role is a key enabler of organisation and system transformation and facilitates the strategic development of organisational health and performance through the design, development and delivery of the Trust People and Culture strategic plan.

Strategic People and Culture workstreams are aligned to the Trusts vision, values and ambition for Perfect Care and are reflective of strategic priorities and risks in line with NHS strategy.

The post holder will contribute to an integrated approach to the design and development of the workforce and the organisation to ensure sustainable improvement in physical and psychological safety, quality and innovation.

This post holder is accountable to the Director of Workforce (OEL) and is a member of the Workforce senior management team that will support the delivery of the workforce plans to support Trust strategy, Perfect Care goals and operational plan.

The scope will include system interface at Integrated Care System level and be expected to contribute to development and delivery of the Cheshire and Merseyside Integrated Care Partnership Strategy and Workforce plan.
