Do you excel in creating order and efficiency in a fast-paced environment? Are you an experienced Operations Administrator seeking a dynamic role within an innovative SME? We've partnered with our client, a thriving tech start-up based in London, for a skilled Operations Administrator to join their team.

This is a full-time permanent role, with the option of working one day a week from home.

In this role, you'll immerse yourself in a variety of tasks that keep operations running smoothly. Your typical day will involve managing the office for a team of six and handling essential administrative tasks. You will also be the first point of contact for visitors. You'll play a vital part in managing expenses, invoices, and conduct research in support of sales and marketing efforts. You'll proactivity organise and support events, and tackle any ad-hoc duties that arise.


Operations Administrator Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide comprehensive general administration assistance.
  • Serve as the initial contact point for visitors, ensuring a warm welcome.
  • Efficiently manage office operations for the team.
  • Handle financial administration, including expenses and invoices.
  • Conduct light research to assist the sales and marketing team.
  • Assist in organising and supporting company events.
  • Address any other adhoc duties as required.

Operations Administrator Essential Skills:


  • A proactive mindset with exceptional communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated reliability and commitment to team success.
  • A degree in Communications or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an office coordination or administrative role.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday

  • London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
