Pro Insurance Solutions Ltd currently has a new opportunity for aTreasury Assistant to join the Finance Operations team.


This role includes assisting the Treasury team with the processing of payments and raising of journals for our clients in multiple currencies, using both Pro owned and client owned platforms.

Directly working with Pro's clients, this is a key client facing role.


Responsibilities include:

We are looking for a professional individual whose role will be responsible for:

  • Creating and posting journals into Dynamics to ensure balances are up to date, including working within client owned systems.
  • Processing invoices in Dynamics, from seeking approval through to payment completion.
  • Using various bank systems to assist in preparing/completing payment runs in a timely fashion, meeting client SLAs and Treasury deadlines.
  • Investigating and resolving queries arising from payment runs (or escalated as appropriate)
  • Producing daily statements from multiple bank platforms
  • Completing daily, weekly and monthly reconciliations working within strict client deadlines
  • Identifying and rectifying errors
  • Planning ahead to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Provide support and / or cover for other Treasury members.

Skills and Experience

  • It would be beneficial to have any experience or understanding of accounting principles
  • Strong numerical skills with a good knowledge of excel is needed
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics would be beneficial
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Experience in various bank systems to process payment runs
  • Excellent and demonstrable written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver accurate information with an attention to detail.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • The ability to multitask in order to meet several objectives in the same timeframe.
  • A conscientious, positive and enthusiastic approach to work, maintaining good working relationships with all colleagues and clients.
