Join our team as the Cloud Governance Lead As the lead of the CCoE Governance function, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful migration of workloads to our cloud platform.


Your leadership will be key to ensuring that the team is supported in achieving their objectives and you will be responsible for financial management, hiring and training management, KPIs, and ensuring compliance with third-party, audit, and SOX regulations.

The difference you'll make.

  • Managing the CCoE Governance function to ensure that the roadmap for cloud workload migration is executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Delivering strong leadership to the team, enabling them to achieve their objectives and contribute to the success of the organization.
  • Reporting on the progress of cloud workload migration to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Providing financial management, hiring and training management, and ensuring compliance with thirdparty, audit, and SOX regulations.
  • Ensuring that workloads migrating to the cloud platform are supported with the right resources and tools to achieve their objectives.
  • Analysing kpis, data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the cloud workload migration process.

What you'll bring.

  • Experience in governance.
  • Indepth knowledge of financial management, hiring and training best practices.
  • Understanding of compliance requirements such as SOX and GDPR.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

It would also be nice for you to have.

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira
  • Experience in cloud governance,
- knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

  • Knowledge of internal Santander policies and procedures

What else you need to know.
We will be conducting all interviews via telephone or video-conference where possible.

This is initially a 6-month FTC with the potential opportunity to go permanent.
