This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading organisation at an exciting time of expansion.Your responsibilities will include;
- Managing a caseload of more complex queries
- Reviewing cases and communicating the outcome in writing to customers.
- Checking and input data accurately into the system.
- Previous customer service and administration experience.
- You will also have have great written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to empathise and problem solve and work with a high degree of accuracy.
