Job Purpose
The role of
Administrator is really important to us. You will be responsible for providing first line support for any queries relating to our Kinesis PRO product.

We would love to welcome you to our Crewe office for the days you are in the office. Working Monday

  • Friday 8.30am5pm.

Your responsibilities day to day will be

  • Reviewing and implementing current/new processes to ensure we are providing the most effective and efficient processes
  • Offering inhouse support and training for other users in the Kinesis Operation
  • Sharing knowledge, information and improvements with coworkers
  • Being responsible for the management of the Kinesis Service Desk tickets within the agreed SLA's
  • Helping the Operation to achieve the quarterly activation targets
  • Assisting with the setup of reports and analytical dashboards for customers on kinesis pro
  • Creation and alignment of customers tachograph system with kinesis pro

Using satellite technology to communicate directly with the engine management systems of our customer vehicles, Kinesis shows live vehicle locations, journey history and highlights exactly how a customer's vehicles are being driven to help manage their fleet.

Radius Telematics has a range of products from Kinesis, Atom, Kinesis Vision and Kinesis Pro. Telematics that we provide can be used for all sizes of fleet and industries.
